Upon confirmation of the reservation a deposit of 30% of the price of the stay will be taken; in case of withdrawal the amount withdrawn will be made available for another stay - in different dates and subject to availability - at our Residence. This right must be exercised within one year of payment.

Services and consumption already included in the stay rates:
Bed linen, bath and table linen. (On request bathrobes € 3.00 and slippers € 2.00).
Final cleaning of the apartment.
Consumption: Use of the kitchenette, Hot Water, Electricity, Lighting, Heating, Air Conditioning.
Club: access to indoor pool, saunas, gym, games and reading rooms; 3-11 year old kids club.
Final cleaning with kitchenette left under normal conditions, (otherwise € 30.00 charge)
Mandatory deposit to guarantee the apartment: upon arrival a credit card authorization will be requested to guarantee any damage caused to the apartment.

Note:
Indoor swimming pool: closed on Mondays for maintenance, if the Monday is a holiday day, closed at the following working day opening hours are from 3.00 pm to 7.30 pm
On Saturdays and Sundays the swimming pool is open in the morning from 9.30 to 13.00 in the afternoon unchanged.

Miniclub: opening with assistance for at least 40 hours a week on at least 6 days a week. Closed one day a week. The pool and the Miniclub are closed in low season. Please contact the reception to find out the closing periods.

€ 50.00 per week, € 10.00 per day
Traditional pets: one only per apartment, with extra cleaning fee to be paid at the reception. There are restrictions for animals, these will be defined at the time of booking. The cost of each animal is €20 per day for short-term stays and €40 per week for long-term stays.

N.B: Animals not allowed in high season. The animals cannot be left unattended in the apartment and the dogs can pass in the common areas only with a leash and a muzzle.

Half Board Supplement: continental buffet breakfast and dinner with menu on reservation at 33.00 euros for adults; children - up to 11 years - 50% discount or "on consumption".

Full Board Supplement: (continental buffet breakfast and dinner with menu on reservation) at 44.00 euros for adults, children - up to 11 years - 50% discount or "on consumption"; after your arrival, all these services, may be defined with us, or directly with the management of the restaurant. A la carte or takeaway menus will always be available.
